disputed a air travel expense, which I am in the right the merchant did not provide the service that they promised to offer, contacted chase and disputed it, and they sided with the merchant doing no real investigation into the matter, DO NOT USE CHASE EVER.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESES CRIMINALS! I attempted to deposit a check through the app. The check bounced, but the real problems did not start until after that. In response to the bad check, Chase “charged off” and closed ALL of my accounts, not just the one the one that the bad check was deposited to. They gave no explanation or warning that anything was wrong. When I called, the people I spoke to seemed completely disinterested in explaining the issue, much less fixing it. I had a fraud charge on my account, so I reported it and I was told by the representative that they had to cancel my current debit card and that a new one had to be issued. She offered to send me a new one via 2 day shipping. Three days later, I had called to get status on my fraud charge as well as the shipping of my new card and I was told that a card was on it's way and she sees that it was 2 day shipping. Despite all other financial services providing alerts, Chase mortgage does not provide customers with a Vance learned that payments are due on their mortgage. Nothing could be more simple, simply write some extra code and provide the service. The only reason why a bank would not provide an email alert for upcoming payment due date is to maximize their penalty receivables. Outrageous!

I have receipts showing a potive balance from every night but the customer is telling me :They added up funny over the course of a couple say so now I owe them $55.

Chase bank has charged me 7 fees of $34 each for insufficient funds. This was between the dates of 6/*/2017 and 6/**/2017. On 6/**/2017 I had made a $2000 deposit, and called the customer support number to request these fees be removed as a 1 time courtesy. Chase has told me they have a policy of doing 3 fee refunds per year for a customer. There was 3 fees charged in a single day on 6/**/17, and these were the only ones Chase was willing to refund. I am annoyed that Chase would cancel my Chase United credit card after 17 years (the account was active for 17 years) without any warning or notification. Although I did not realize the bank can do this per federal regulations and the bank's credit card agreement, really...cancelling my credit card after 17 years. I have paid my credit card on time...I charge enough on my credit card that I believe the bank could earn some mild profits....Unbelievable that the bank would just cancel my credit card but I am guessing that beca... read more
