They left me hanging for months unable to get paid from my jobs. I was unable to pay any bills. Had to default on business contracts. Beaware because they lied outright about mailing out my replacement card. Glad hackers attacked them. They hurt people and businesses economically for no reason.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. withdraw $800 from my chase account without properly informing me. I was the victim of a Scam. I had sent $800 to a scammer from ****** via *******. I reported this scam to the Chase **************** and they returned my $800. I was told that if they needed additional information on the case a chase investigator would contact me. No one contacted me and i thought everything was fine. Then Chase just withdrew the $800 from my account without letting me know.

I have been a Chase customer over 20 years. I had to move to Europe and I have been trying to close my accounts over a month! I made a wire transfer from another bank as they requested but they told me they can't close my savings account since I still have money there and they will send me a debit card so I can withdraw all the money and they can close the account. ZERO STARS!!! Every time I call Chase Bank, I end up WASTING my time. I spend an hour or more on hold, being transferred or a dropped call. They are in *************** and *****. WORST SERVICE yet this BANK made Billions and is too cheap to care for customers. Always a WASTE OF TIME. I am going to transfer my account to another banking institution that friends have said is better. CHASE has little or zero customer service, they outsource cheaply to FOREIGN COUNTRIES OFF SHORE who have terrible ENGLISH, place you ON HOLD FOR ... read more

I've applied for two Chase credits cards and neither one arrived in the time frame I was promised ot receive it. I applied for the first card in advance of a large purchase so that I would receive the sign-up bonus. The card never arrived and I had to speak with four different people to request a new one. In that case, Chase at least had the decency to apply a credit to my account as compensation for the unbelievable amount of my time wasted by their inefficient, *****-esque customer service system. Went into a branch, the business banker pushed chase paymentech solutions on me, put in connection with their salesman. It sounded good. Bought 3 terminals. Took 5+ minutes per transaction, wasn't going to work for my business. Contacted the salesman, but no reply. Went to the branch, they said they couldn't handle it. Sent messages to chase, generic replies only. All that occurred within the 90 day return timeframe. Past the 90 day return timeframe, I continued to contact the salesman and branch people. On 9/13/21 I visited the Far Rockaway branch to withdraw $12000 from my bank account. After the teller realized the amount, she began to due her due diligence. She prompted me to resign the withdrawal slip, which was no problem for me, however, this account was created in high school and I am a full blown adult now so of course my signature has changed over time. I am not a ***************** Chase customer nor have I ever been, but they have called me 24 times in the past 7 days through their automated service. This is the second time this mass calling has occurred in the past 12 months. Trying to get my number (which I have had for over 10 years) removed from their system has been impossible.

Do not do a BPO. Waste of time, waste of money. They use a third party expert who has no knowledge of the area. I spoke with several local experts who have sold numerous homes in my neighborhood. Chases expert valued my home $25,000 less than the lowest comp I was given. The 3 most recent sales in my area have been for 585k cash foreclosure, 618k, and 602k. They told me my value was 585k. Not including a kitchen remodel and walk in closet remodel. $150 was a waste of money. Chase lost my BPO and also was no h*** when calling... read more
