Chase Bank is the worst bank I’ve ever had dealings with. They closed my business and personal account without reason . They also would not let me send in documents to prove my business. I feel discriminated against. I would not recommend Chase Bank to anyone.

this is the worst concern or customer service i have ever seen, i wish there was another bank in my locality to switch away from here again. the personnel banker at my branch is never available, you can not reach the branch by phone...EVER, i have tried 6 different times and always get hung up on. they don't listen to customer needs or requests, a true example of a large company that has a corner bending the little guy over a barrel and smiling about it

Chase one day decided to close my account for 12 years. No reason is given. The store simply told that they just dint' want to do business with me ever again. What is going on!

Worst service ever. Lost my initial loan application on a fax machine where they provided a cover sheet as to where to fax it. They provide outdated electronic documents that they then say they can't change. Numerous phone calls and emails went ignored. Wrote everything up and submitted to their "Executive Office". While I did receive a few phone calls from them they were not willing to compensate me for the numerous issues I faced during the home load process. something going on with this chase bank. i think They are doing wrong without me know no alert without me know . when i got my text message said that make sure confirm your phone mobile correct and delated your mobile number . sound wired. i called them from fraud department said that this chase company decide to closed my account i said why what is going on . they said cant see dont know what cant telled me so they are reviewed hold my money up to ten days and will send my money check closed my account wont tell me why for ... read more

Chase allows for scammers using ***** quick pay to scam you without any security for the customer. They are unable to stop a transaction to ***** 10 minutes after the transaction is made even though it is still pending. They let me know at first that they would be able to get my money back but had me call back for three weeks with each time waiting 30-40 mins each time. Was told to call back in June 16 for a final answer of no we can’t do it and you got scammed and have to live with it.

I went to cash in ee series savings bonds that were given to me over 30 years ago and were issued in my maiden name. I am a women and they said the would not cash them since i got married and my current license contains my married name. I had proof of my maiden name via birth certificate and marriage license. Men can go at any time and cash their bonds but women who get married or divorced can not.

Chase credit card "24/7" customer service is a joke. Unable to reach anyone from the fraud department at 8pm local time. I was trying to make a time sensitive purchase and my card was blocked for fraud, I get it, security, Ok but how are you going to advertise 24/7 customer support and not have any available representatives to resolve my issues. For a "premium" credit card I expected more. What a disappointment.

Chase bank froze my account for depositting a legitimate 3rd party check and then withdrew the amount of the check from my account the day before the check was due to clear my account and kept the funds. They in essence stole from me and refuse to give me any sort of reasonable explanation for why they did this. This bank is crooked and a huge scam.
