Pricing and math are not their strength Drew in Sales was the best salesperson we worked with at the 6 dealerships we visited, absolutely second to none! Drew was helpful and did everything he could do despite his management's pricing strategy which is mysteriously lacking in basic math principles. phone appointment scheduling I called the dealership on Monday. As I was traveling, I asked that she schedule my appointment for Wednesday. The person who answered my service call, asked twice what year and make of car. Twice I responded it was a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. Finally, at the end, she asked "and what would be a good time on Tuesday?". That was the first red flag that this phone person did not have both shoes on her feet. Never visit I went there to look at a keep that had rebate offers, granted I didn't qualify for all of them but they didn't mention them until I asked. Hours later of negotiating a price they weren't half way to their advertised price. They pressured me into signing several forms and said they wouldn't run my credit but that they would wait until they had verbal confirmation. Very unhappy After 4 months of trying to workout what was wrong with a $57k 2 year old, they decided to install a new transmission, picked it up to go on vacation, now it is getting towed to another dealership in Virginia to repair a broken coolant line that was not installed correctly, 7 hours delayed and still not over, vacation on hold 6 hours away from home Thanks Chapman
Ripoff This place is a joke. I went in to look at a new arrival I saw on the website. I was told that since the car was not through their shop yet that I would be charged an extra $1700 for the shop bill. I'm sorry that's not something you tell a customer. After they tried to rip me off on my trade I had enough and politely said thanks for your time and walked away. As I'm leaving, I hear the sAles manager bad mouthing me because I figured out their scam. I would never recommend this dealership
No contact I inquired via AT and CarGurus. Got automated response, and then a real one. I requested an OTD price, but have not heard back. I tried again through web site, and they said the car MAY OR MAY NOT be there, so they'd contact me. Once again, no email or anything. I work in an environment that does not permit personal phone calls. This is 2017, learn how to use email instead of abuse it with your scripted communication. Terrible!! This is worst place you can go to buy a car. I wasted 5 days trying to buy a car from these people. Even the managers don't return phone calls. I was treated terrible. The finance person raised his voice to me without a reason and told me I couldn't afford the car I wanted , wouldnt offer me any other car. He was extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. New Purchase and Service. Recently bought a Ford F-150 at Fred Beans Doylestown, and was unhappy with the process of buying a vehicle from them. Came to Chapman Ford with my father to assist him in purchasing a new F150. Found a truck online and met with salesman Fred Bell. Fred was very professional and took whatever time needed to go over the vehicle. We gave them a monthly payment we did not want to exceed and with very little negotiation they came to that number. Horrible customer service This place is ridiculous. I had made an appointment with Jenine Mauro to look at a car that I was interested in. Had allowed them to run the credit report and got pre-approved before the appointment. Showed up and Jenine wasn't even working. Edward picked us up and went to look for the car.
