Great customer service, worked around a price I wanted I am leasing a 2015 jeep patriot from chapman jeep dodge and ram, my dealer was Ken Marko, he was very helpful in choosing a vehicle and working around the price I could afford, I am absolutely in love with my jeep! Runs like a champ!
Steve is fantastic I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler through Steve Levitt, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was timely, respectful, easy to work with, extremely professional and courteous. He's pretty dam awesome. This is the second vehicle that my family has purchased through Chapman, Steve specifically, and we would never go elsewhere. Can not say enough good things about both Steve and the rest of the staff at Chapman.
A homerun I had an overall awesome experience. I worked with Steve Levitt---sales rep and Frank Alxander--sales manager. Both were a pleasure to be around and treated me kindly. Never once did Steve make me fell uncomfortable and get pushy towards my purchase (like other sales reps have from other dealerships) which was the best part. 2015 jeep cherokee Great place to buy a car. They take care of all your needs. Go see Martin Davis and Mike Oleary for your sales men and Frank Alexander for the sales manager. All very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Chapman Ford in Horsham goes above and beyond to make you happy. I would definitely buy another car from there.
Misleading and Deceptive Practices Below is my email in response to an "automatic email sent to me on the morning of 6/10/15 at 6:30 am from a representative at Chapman stating they were trying to get in touch with me to come in to test drive the vehicle I was interested in... Amazing Experience!!! Coming from a 2011 BMW, I was use to be treating in a customer oriented manner! I was immediately blown away at how accommodating and courteous all of the staff at Chapman were. They were more than willing to help me customize my 2015 Jeep Wrangler exactly the way I wanted it. Drove 1.5 hours for nothing I started by sending in a request for information on a car to be emailed to me, I never got the email. 3 days later I recieved a call to look at the car because it was "still there." Drove 1.5 hours to come see the car and turns out it was there but sold. Save yourself time and go anywhere else.
