Smooth as silk Entire purchase and delivery, smooth as silk. Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gives car sales people a good name. Have referred several people there since our visit.

Friendly sales staff Stopped by briefly while I was in the area. Talked with Mike Werner, one of the salesmen. Even though I was just starting to look for a vehicle and hadn't made up my mind if I wanted a pickup or not, Mike was patient and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy something. He showed me around and let me look I appreciated that. He was very professional and when I'm ready to buy I will be back to buy a vehicle from Mike.

Purchased new 2015 Jeep I have purchased or leased 3 vehicles from Chapman in Horsham in the last 5 years. I am still very new to buying and leasing cars but I will say that no other dealership provides the same level of customer service as Chapman in Horsham.
