Worst car shopping experience ever I would give this dealer zero stars if possible. Looked at a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited. Upon walking into the dealership the jeep show room is dirty and looks like a 2nd rate used car dealership. The salesperson knew nothing about the Jeep I was looking at - no experience what so ever. Bob Nieves was terrific Our experience with Chapman and our salesman Bob Nieves was impeccable . He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle inside and out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep . Pleaseant ,quick and polite. He even brought the car around right to the showroom door due to the extreme cold weather. Door to door service. The other Jeep dealer we saw made us walk around in sub freezing weather.
