My experience I had a very good experience at Chapman. Referred by my father who has been coming here for years. We were assisted by Chris Capen, salesman, and I believe he is a wonderful asset to this company. He made sure I was 100% satisfied and leaving the lot with a brand new car that I was able to afford. One for two So my husband & I drove in with our expensive and unnecessary SUV that we had for a little over a year. As you can imagine, we had zero equity. We also had the nerve to expect 2 vehicles in its place for the same monthly payment. Well, Robert Nieves and the rest of the Chapman team made it happen for close enough that we took the deal! Chapman fans We were ready to lease a competitors SUV but because they were low on stock, we decided to go look at a Jeep. We actually went to the dealership a few times but Kenny Sheldon was the sales person who actually took the time to work with us and convince us to go with a Jeep. Best Jeep buying experience I've ever had I was looking for a new Wrangler to replace my previous one that served me well for 18 years. I have owned 2 previously. I had a very specific list of options that no dealership had in stock. Out of a jam successful This review gives big credit to salesman Kenny Sheldon. I went into the dealership and my experience was great. Kenny helped get me out of a jam, I owed way to muh on a truck and he worked so hard to get me out of it and into a reliable vehicle that was in my budget. great experience I can't say enough about how fast and friendly Kenny sheldon of chapman jeep made my most recent car purchase experience. He found the car I was looking for and made it at easy as filling out paperwork and coming back to get the car. No hassle and stress free! break down at 239 miles poor service people and bad attitudes new vehicle broke down and they couldn't understand why I was upset. also had problem with getting loaner/rental car got yelled at by service manager
