Mike Werner Mike was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. I was with my 16 year old and he went over everything in the cars and gave him safety tips. IN LOVE with my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee thanks to Ken Marko! I'm so in love with my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited! I visited the Chapman website and worked with Hailey to acquire an internet/e-Price. When I met with Ken on Friday he honored the e-Price and worked to get me the best deal possible! Ken was very friendly, hilariously funny, and extremely accommodating to my family on Friday night. Easiest car buying experience! I was shopping around for a new Grand Cherokee. Called a few dealers and even went to 3. Called chapman and spoke with Ken Marko. Chapman is about 40 min from our house. We got a great deal and the best customer service I've ever had at any dealer. we will definitely be back for service and future vehicles.
