Keep the Ear Pods Sons Vehicle was in for service 4/19. Wife realized EarPods were missing. She asked service to find out what was going on. Nothing transpired, So I called the owner/operator who’s a clown! Asked me why I was so upset (like it was a joke). Wanted to know why I was raising my voice and cursing at him. I need EarPods for free like I need another Summer Home! Fact is they stole earbuds out of the car and couldn’t even apologize. Look at the reviews on line. They Suck! How does Jeep let them sell their product.
Low ball on vehicle appraisal STEAR CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Attempted to purchase a 2019 F-150 recently, negotian when reasonable well with sales p erson, however when sales manager (Mancinelli) got involved they lost the sale. Grossly under valued (Blue Book appraisal) by $10,000 dollars. Manager had a take it or leave it attitude. Will not return or recommemd this dealership. BTW thes sale was made at a competative dealership that presented an honest apprasal that was in line with Blue Book.
Pathetic Appraisal for My Trade They appraised my vehicle for $4000 less than auction price. When I asked why the appraisal was extremely low, the salesman said "we do that because our listed price is low, so we have to make it up somewhere" . Unbelievable. I have purchased two vehicles from Chapman, never again.
Similar crappy experience w service team As I read the reviews I’m seeing a pattern that aligns w my experience. Zero customer service after the sale. The Service Writer should be working anywhere that he doesn’t need to actually talk to people. Horrible.
Bait and Switch Very Bad experience at Chapman Jeep! I don’t write reviews but feel I was treated so poorly that I felt I needed to share my experience. I emailed them about a car I saw on the internet. I received an email telling me that the car was available. I called to confirm the car was actually still available and the salesperson confirmed it was. internet price with rebates I spoke to a sales women over the phone cause they were advertising low prices on Challengers with a 392 hemi. I asked what all the rebates were and she asked me questions to see if I qualify. the advertised price was 33,395 or something close to that after she asked me the questions she said my price was 36395 or something around 3250 over 33,395. They don't follow through... Horrible Communication, Don't follow through with what they say and the service stops after you sign on the line. Go somewhere else to purchase your vehicles.
Tried to buy a used vehicle Found a nice car here online... drive down one night to look at it... had a nice salesman... drove 1 hour back next day with my trade in and all paperwork... that day they were supposed to go over whole vehicle and detail it for us... it was a used 10,000 dollar vehicle... maybe chump change to them not to us... when we arrived vehicle leaks we had seen had not been addressed... front grill bumper literally taped on!!!... detailing looked terrible, literally still crud in all door jambs chips all ... read more
LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP Very Very surprised of the negative reviews here!!!! I found the Jeep we wanted to purchase online, I negotiated a deal over the phone, very very easy process with Evita!!! My wife and I drove in from New Jersey to this dealership, I was expecting the worse based on other dealerships.
