Horrible service. Have to call every 3 days to get delivery updates. Every time I call the date gets pushed out another 3 days. Simple front end repairs are taking 2+ weeks due to the body shop sitting on the vehicle
So I am in the market for a Dodge Durango.! I found one I liked through true car. Got the certificate in my email with a price of 43,443 (or something to that affect) the car was listed that day on the website for 43,943. I emailed the person that contacted me and let him know I liked the vehicle. I then asked how we proceed (COVID-19 times) and what the best price was for the vehicle. make an appointment but still wait My husband made an appointment for my car to be inspected a week ago. He left the car off at 8:30 am . Don’t buy a Jeep. Cheaply made vehicles with major computer issues. I’m sitting in my dead vehicle waiting for AAA. That’s because Chrysler Roadside Service never returned my call. Their automated system is not reliable. Fortunately I’m in a safe place. When purchasing my car from Chapman I asked about loaner cars as I usually need to get to work. They said no problem.
