Great Experience We purchased a inexpensive used car from Chapman in June of this year from Joe Davis. After a couple months, unforeseen issues started with the car. All I can say is this dealership stepped up big time and not only addressed our concerns in a very timely manner but resolved the issues with the car. If you get the right sales person, all is well My initial contact with a sales person was horrid. There was no desire to be helpful. He told me there were no 2019 Escapes left - anywhere! Not quite believing him, i went online the following day & chatted with 'Ashley' who was EXTREMELY professional & helpful. From there, I was able to meet a different sales person (Mike Werner) who worked with me to close on a new lease.
If integrity is important, go elsewhere As a CPA, I have an astute attention to detail. Salesman told myself and my adult daughter three times that the vehicle we were buying was a new car with @3500 demo miles but that we would be the original owners and it would have a new car title. As we were about to close the deal, I noted that the remaining warrantee was less than the 36 months from Jeep on a 2019.... Horrible dealership DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I REPEAT DO NOT My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership not even a week ago and already having problems which it. Also they sold us the vehicle in As Is condition meaning the vehicle had scratches all over as well as the bumper front and back was loose and never repaired! Waste of 5 hours! Female on the phone with my fiance had us thinking we could trade in our fairly new vehicle for an older vehicle my fiance wanted. Drive 5 freaking hours for such a waste of our time! The people here were unfriendly and it was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this place. They need to learn customer service and how to be helpful, instead of wasting people's time.

Make you feel like they are doing you a favor by bring your Brought my car to chapman a few times simply because i have a warranty and they are the closest jeep dealer to my house (i would never buy a car from them...was told the price I got from Videon on my Jeep was a lie and they could not sell a car at that price...which Videon sold it to me for!). If you would like to be ripped off come here! My husband and i went here after speaking with Evita over a trade my husband had.he was upside down but with the rebates on the car he was looking at plus! Plus! 7,000 down it was not enough even tho they appraised our car at 18,850.not even the best part yet! The sales guy was so shot out and all over the place the entire time it was just insane!
