Very very very bad experience. Sold me a car waited a week to pick it up and then they tell me it had transmission problems and it cant be sold after i gave them a down payment and got insurance on it. And then they show me another car i cant even test drive. What kind a place dose this.
My battery on my 2014 jeep went bad. Chapman's told me it was under warranty. So I it in and because I live a long distance ,my mechanic,Jesse gave me a number ofa tow truck that would tow it to the shop if i couldn't make it there for free. When i arrived i was promtly taken care of with smiles. They are the best.
Well it was time for my wife's car to get its first oil change. Started with calling and getting a price which they quoted 53.00 for the renegade. When we got there it was 89.00. Went into express oil Change which they said would take 30 minutes a little longer if we wanted the free car wash. About an hour later we noticed the car sitting outside the shop so we ask if it's done. Told about another 15 min. Made an appt for Monday. Got a call later that day saying the part would be in the next day. Picked it up Tuesday evening. An employee took the time to walk me around Monday evening to get the key and find my Jeep so I could get something out of it without a complaint. Overall good experience! ...and I'm not just saying that because I won a Yeti cooler while I was there!
I had to take my Jeep in for some recall issues... told them to NOT wash my car after service. (At time of delivery when I bought my vehicle less than 1 year ago, they ran my car through their car wash and managed to scratch my car) . I picked up my Jeep and they washed it anyway and left 4 inch scratch on my car. ...after I threw a fit, I have to rearrange my schedule to drop my car off next week so they can repair it...thanks Chapman!
I have yet to find a business that deserves a review/warning to other future customers, as much as this car dealership. Please read and be aware before visiting this location. Like many others, I read reviews, and use reviews, along with my own personal observations to form an opinion. They were rude and very unprofessional. The sales guy told me his boss said to give me my keys back and told me to leave. Horrible horrible horrible experience.
