Avoid salesman Bill Jenkins and finance manager Dan "The Man" and you'll save yourself a lot of BS and run around. Cars are well over priced also.
Love the jeep we bought when we got home and actually looked at the invoice for what we paid we weren't so happy anymore. The car we bought was sold as new with 500 miles on it. Turns out one of the managers had driven it for two weeks before we bought it. They gave us 1000$ less for our trade in then we were told, they promised 1000$ off the price, which never happened and then gave us a higher interest rate then we were originally told. My family just bought their 4th car in 10 years from this dealership and couldn't be happier. Our salesman Corey Brewer went above and beyond and has taught my parents how to do pretty much everything in their new Town & Country. Jesse Ramirez is the best service advisor ever! My husband, Sal has been taking our 2013 300c to Chapman for about a year. Jesse always calls him by name and treats him like a friend. We needed some work done last week before going out of town and even though they very busy, Jesse got it done for us. Thank you Jesse and Chapman Chrysler!

Corey Brewer was my sales guy and was definitely aware of the kind of vehicle I was looking for. Let me see and test drive the vehicles I thought I wanted but ultimately I felt he knew what I wanted better than I did! I trusted him to put me in my jeep grand cherokee and I couldn't be happier now!! Best decision ever!! Paperwork got done quick got approved and drove it home! Service department is the only department to follow up. Sales is horrible! They do not know their head from their a$$!
