I went to buy a car put 2000 down and was told the was not ready. They said they would push it through they didn not do it . Then they told me they would put us into a higher priced newer car and rewrite the loan for more money. I said no and now they do not want refund my down. They have pulled the classic bait and switch on me. Now I'm stuck without a car and fight to get my money back.
Service department is great and have been very helpful.
TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE , DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Gave me the run around for 30 days now i have to pay $2400 to pick up my car
