7/26/2017 went in bought a used truck was told it still needed inspected,7/27/2017 they call ed and said truck would not be ready until morning of 7/28/2017.i was called on 7/28/2017 and told i could not take delivery because they do not actually own the truck yet
Took my compass in for an oil change, were fast and courtesy, better than the service I received from superstore 215 where I purchased it from, only problem was as I'm waiting in the waiting room,. the air want on I actually had to go outside where out felt cooler, felt like I was going to pass out waiting I that stuffy room,informed an employee and says oh the a.c. is probably iced over...... also another customer left there iPad on a chair and I Gabe it to one of the service advisors too turn in hopefully it gets returned ... read more
Awful. The idea of assigning a "service advisor" to each "customer" is a good IDEA. The execution and service to the customer is poor. It causes longer wait times for calls and pick up which is inconvenient to the customer. It also backs up your driveway while available Chapman Representatives stand around doing nothing while "customers" wait for their assigned service advisor. Currently 5 Champman guys in a booth and no one can pull up my car. RIDICULOUS.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay as far away as you can, they are scam artist!!!! I wish I could give them 0 f-ing stars!
Everyone go to Kosta he helped me and he worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and did everything he could to get me the perfect car for me. I've never seen someone work as hard as he did for me at a car lot and make sure that everything went good like he did. Very pleased with my car and service with him.
