I was provided excellent customer service! Jesse Ramirez was very professional and attentive to all of the needs of my vehicle. The initial purpose of the visit was for a recall, however, he determined that it needed additional service and Jesse explained, in detail, what had to be fixed. I'm truly satisfied with the service I received and Jesse's follow-up, he went above and beyond. I've been a satisfied customer for 10 years.

Our old 2007 Jeep Patriot caught on fire while myself and my husband were inside and we ended up having to go to the Jeep dealership to get a new car. We met Nathan McCoy who was very patient with us and we are so happy that it was him! We got a brand new 2018 Jeep Latitude and we love it!!! Thanks again Nathan!
Threatened to void my warranty since I didn’t have all services done by them... then left on tank on empty after they performed the service! Shady and dishonest.
