I came in to have some recalls attended along with a possible oil leak that is prevalent from the oil cooler filter housing in Jeep JKs with the 3.6l pentastar. My complaint was actually entertained and looked into, unlike my previous complaints with other FCA vehicles (2 ram trucks) that were serviced at other dealerships in Las Vegas. Great customer service. Easy to deal with
The sales team did not fail to impress. We were able to get our trailhawk for a better deal than we could find locally even after flying in to pick it up! We were worried about purchasing a vehicle without seeing it in person, but our sales associate Jacob took over an hour walking us through every detail of the Jeep over the phone. We were picked up from the airport at 10am and were on the road heading home by noon! Thank you Chapman and we'll be calling Jacob when its time to upgrade!
