Completely blown away by the level of customer we received from Nate McCoy and TJ Gilliam. Nate absolutely knows his Jeeps! He took us through the ins and outs when it came to the Wranglers. TJ in finance was amazing. We had been preapproved through our own bank and TJ asked for one chance to see if he could get us a lower rate. And he succeed in that. Just had some work done by service dept to resolve an issue that popped up at 2nd oil change/tire rotation....they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what they needed to do to get the problem fixed and get our "baby" back to us quick as they could..Chance and his techs are great guys
