I find it absolutely amazing Jeep engines have become so technologically advanced that dealerships/car makers don't keep their diagnostic equipment or their technicians equally advanced. When a dealership can't diagnose a simple starting issue after having a vehicle for 7 days and the dealership admits there is an issue, then something is wrong, so now I have a 2011 Jeep Liberty with only 30K miles on it that I don't trust, nor do I trust the dealership who can't solve the issue. I will never be back.
I had done much research online before going into the dealership. I experienced some of the best customer service by Nathan McCoy. I was not pressured into anything I didn't want. He took the time to figure out what was important to me with the price, options and look. He worked with me all week to make sure I got what I wanted. I'm very happy with my selection. I highly recommend Nathan and I will go to him in the future.
We offered to pay full advertised price, but they add over $3,000 for fees and prep. I believe they are dishonest in their advertising. This was for a used car.
Good staff in service and sales if you have a Jeep it is the only store in town that has the knowledge for all your answers. They live the Jeep life.
Took my 2008 300C in because the radio was not receiving my Sirius stations. After they found out that it had a bad antenna they order in the part and provided me with a FREE loaner. Vince Thompson went out of his way to make sure that I was well taken care of. Thanks.
