Don't waste your time making an appointment for an oil change they don't honor them. You still have to wait over an hour. Tried getting an answer as to why they let you make one if it doesn't matter and no one could answer me. They just kept telling me what the hours were. I can read that wasn't my issue.
I usually have really great service from this dealership. I picked my vehicle up today after spending well over $600.00 on upkeep and repairs, only to have a ton of fluid leaking from my vehicle just a few hours later. Since the dealership is quite a drive from my house, I had my husband take it down the road to a Ted Wiens. Apparently, they forgot to tighten the cap on the radiator and I lost a ton of fluid. Horrible, dishonest, business! Went in with a pre-approved loan and because they couldn't rip us off with their financing they all of a sudden didn't have the car we just test drove available! Also, they lied and told us they wouldn't run our credit, we just had to fill out the form for national security reasons, but went ahead and ran our credit anyway! Btw, the car was still on the lot the following day ... Dishonesty from the bottom all the way to the top management!
