The staff was amazing, appointment was improvised made on the day of the vehicle was in perfect condition cleaned and all very impressed after a few very rainy days. My daughter is love with her Beamer defiantly shall return for my sons vehicle.

Called several times regarding a 2016 e350, asked receptionist if the car was available and what the cash price would be. Was told a manager would call right back, still waiting.

Geoffrey i am so sorry for the bad experience. We have changed/re-trained the staff. There has been alot of changes that we have done in the dealership so our service can be excellent.
I suggest people with knowledge and specially with those who know little about cars to stay AWAY from this dealership. First of all when my friend and I got to the dealership they told us we couldn't park at the facility that we had to park outside,,,(,strike #1 ) Then when after 10 minutes we finally found a spot a couple blocks away, we walked backed to the dealership and a friendly seller greeted us and went straight to busy and talk about numbers , so after 15 minutes back and forth, they said they can't see the vehicle ... read more

Im sorry GuruB5YK4. Unfortunately we do not have parking in our dealership. But there is parking across the street. We have changed the staff/re-trained the staff. I am really sorry for the bad experience.
The car I saw was listed at $42,850 for about a week. I even took a picture of it to show my friends. I reached out to the dealership to ask what other fees are added outside the asking price. Didn't hear back so I emailed them again through CarGurus and only a few mins after, they changed the price to $49,890. Nicole then called me and I said I saw that they just changed the price but she didn't offer any explanation whatsoever.
