***DO NOT USE THIS DEALER*** They are dishonest salespeople that use bait and switch tactics. Salesman told me that the 20,890 advertised price for 2015 BMW was the finance price and that the cash price was 28,000 because they need to make money. I had my own financing but offered to finance through them for the better price. Salesman pulled out a piece of paper and said even if I finance through them I am responsible for the dealer fee of 3,999 and a fee of 2,999 for a non BMW certified inspection. Very prompt & professional reply, though I haven't visited in person yet.
I came over to try and purchase a BMW X4 M40i car they have. I had an appointment with Javier but he left earlier. Instead I was greeted by a young salesman with a cheesy smirk. I took a look at the car and suggested i took a test drive. Thr salesperson invited me inside the building only to present the final numbers which were the advertised price plus a 2700$ fee for the certification and another fee for smth else. Great friendly staff and Kevin is superb. Very transparent and has the buyers best interest. He broke everything down to us and was informative. Go straight to Kevin if you want good service.
The response was immediate. Unfortunately, I love to far away for a test drive.
Made an appointment and was told the car was there. Not only was it not there but the next one close to it could not be test driven because there were no porters on Sunday. The manager was totally unapologetic like it was my fault they had 2 strikes all within 15 minutes. If you are serious about your time and your pride don't go here you will be let down. These are very common low class mom&pop types that have no ethical bone in their body.
