The dealership is not really what you expect from a dealership they are more of a used car lot. I was waiting for them to get the keys to the cars I wanted to test drive and they decided to move vehicles in the showroom with the doors closed. My wife and I had to ask them to open doors before we started to choke. They only had one of the two vehicles on site for a test drive. They were pleasant but I decided to keep looking.

Very bad, they tried to over charge me for that vehicle. I would never send any of my family or friends there. They wanted to charge me an additional $1,200 dollars for the sellsman certification. I didnt understand why was that. I was ready to put down a $7,000 dollar down payment.

Dont waste your time,money and energy visiting this place Went in for a 2015 honda civic that was listed for 10495 and was willing to pay cash for the vehicle.Was told by salesman(Kevin) that car had to be financed by them and that there would be dealers fees.When i asked for a list of the fees he went to the ‘managers’ office and came back to tell me that if i wanted to pay cash for the car it would be over 18000 Like i said scam!! And complete waste of time

Did not like the way I was treated. Walked out deciding to keep my car instead of trading it up for a Honda Civic si that I DIDNT even get to test drive or see. Got treated as if I was a kid meanwhile the last 3 cars I’ve had I financed on my own. I will not bring my business here at all. The guy frank did rub me the wrong way and personally did not seem to want to do business or even bother helping me even after I had a set appointment. I never write reviews but this needed a review as I am pretty bothered by it.

They made me drive in to tell me what they already knew. They wouldn’t take my trade because of damage on carfax. But I gave them my vin ahead of time so why did I need to waste my time driving in??’

What I explain is that they published the car with a price of 20500 dollars and when I go to buy the vehicle they tell me that this is not the real price of the vehicle because the vehicle has been checked 125 points to certify that the vehicle is in perfect condition. conditions changed the oil, changed the tires and many other things and that's why the car cost $ 3,500 more and how they convince me that the car is in good condition I decided to buy it but after I bought the vehicle they had not done the change of oil the b... read more

Worse experience ever. They told me there is no hidden or a dealer fee when i get there they came up with $5500 dealer fee on top of the asking price plus their miles on the car was higher then their advertisement miles and they told me over the phone car comes with 100k warranty there they were like this car doesnt come with warranty.well bad experience ever.
