Went in and offered to buy a $12k 2017 Toyota corolla up front and they decided to hike up the price to $20k. They made the car $17k in the paper work alone on top of the taxes and dmv fees. How is this place still open? Answer: trying to trick young adults into buying overpriced cars. Totally felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there.
Received a generic response. I had specific questions regarding the car including the price, fees, etc because I would be traveling from out of state. After I replied back to the generic email, because I wanted these things in writing, I received no response. After week I decided to call the dealership and I asked if there was an email address I could communicate with. I was given another email address and I asked the same question. I received no response. So, this dealership never got my business.
I liked a 2015 Toyota Corolla S model car. But at the time of paper work I was charged 2498.00 on top of the price which I was never told before.so I I declined the deal. I will never go back such dishonest people again.
What ever the price shows on the web site is totally different. when I went there to the dealer. They increased the car price which was too expensive.
I called the day before having someone go in to look at the car for me. I was told the online price is correct is $9,880 and the car is still available. I then asked what are the fees associated with the car so that I can get the out the door price. I was told the only fees that apply are the required state tax and dmv fee. I specifically asked " so there is no dealer fee or prep fee or anything of the sort". Very poor. They contacted me the day I was going there by text. As a friendly reminder of the appointment. After driving 5 hrs to only find out that the car I had the appointment for was sold the night before. They told me first come first serve. Which ok no problem other than you think they should have called saying the car you booked an appointment for was already sold. Instead of having a person waste an entire day and over a $100 to show up for a car that is no longer there. Poor communication and crappy customer service... read more
I would not recommend going to this dealership. The price listed for this car is contingent on you financing with them. If you provide your own financing the price will increase by 3k. The sales man seemed rude and unprofessional. I have worked in the business before and these guys are in it to rip you off. Fair warning!!
If I could give 0 stars I would .i called this dealer to see if the A 2016 MDX was in stock I was told yes I asked for any fees they would charge they said 1495 for the certification as CPO which i want to add was advertised on their site as it was .when I got there the sales person asked me to see my ad or offer I said it’s on your site he then show me a part that said all prices reflect 1995 down so when he give me the total price they add and extra 3495 to their OWN advertised price and the car come up to 34,666 from 27,9... read more
