OMG,never heard in my life the way this guys doing business. If you pay cash you dont get the listing price,price is higher and they don’t tell the price over the phone,you have to go there regardless how far you live(my case over 350 miles) I DIDN’T FALL IN THEIR TRAP
Disappointing, to say the least. We were drawn in by the attractive price of around $14K. Let's just say it ballooned to $32K, then settled down to $24K by the time my husband and I ran screaming out of the dealership. Actually, we spent three LONG evenings there, after work, after driving an hour over a $15 bridge only to leave the place quietly and completely disgusted by their tactics. These people invented the term 'hidden fees', and they doubletalk you to death. They are incredibly poiite, friendly, and SLICK. Beware.
I told the sales rep who contacted me that I was skeptical about taking the drive and doing business with the dealership after seeing so many negative reviews. Her response was beyond rude and certainly didn’t earn my business. She spoke down about the people “trying” to purchase a “luxury vehicle with no down payment and 400 credit”. I assured her I have the salary, credit and down payment to drive the vehicles I was interested in, so if she could assure me there’d be no small print hidden fees, then I’d continue to search ... read more

Prices on website are advertised so low because that is the price AFTER down payment. Didn't clean up their car for sale (tires were worn, chips in the paint throughout car, small stains in the interior). They make you add the car you're looking to purchase onto your insurance BEFORE the purchase to run your credit. Overall sketchy feeling Pre- Owned Dealership.

Terrible service! They lied about the price..whatever you see as the price for any of their cars add $3000...its in the small print!! They salesman was very rude...easily the worst experience ive had whilst looking for a new car!
Went to buy this car first they said cash price is different from finance price and with cash price they added so many extra fees. After going to so many dealers I prefer going to authorized Honda/Acura dealers the price is the price listed online and only a $75 dealer fee. Please avoid such dealerships.
Unscrupulous. Horrific. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Did my homework. Drove 100 miles to test drive and BUY a vehicle. The Jr. sales rep was nice but had no knowledge. I called 2 x earlier to verify that the internet price (car gurus) would be the actual price I would be offered so not to waste my time.
