I hate when the advertised price is a finance price and it's more if you want to just pay for it.
I visited to them to buy Ford Fusion 2015 SE. Their price was 11.980 on the internet. When I received there I learned the real price was 14470. I said to them I wanted to pay cash. Their representative who is Hassan said to me “if you pay cash price was 17750. This dealer scammed me on the price and tried to manipulate me from the instant I walked in the door.. Refused to answer what their dealer fees are. Just asked me when I wanted to schedule an appointment to come in.

Avanith our Receptions job is to make it very clear to all consumers if the vechile is still in stock and avialable and make it very clear to all customers that we DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES. Not sure why that reply makes you write a review like this stating "REFUSED" to answer the questions. The price you see if the price you pay come on down!

Horrible service...took me three days to get in contact with them. When I finally was able to speak with someone he was rushing me with not a care in the world. I was a serious buyer with cash. I asked if they would do shipping out of state and he said NO we're not eBay! I was planning on paying everything and he still didn't care. Incredible. I myself own a small used dealership so I know about deals online and let me tell you these guys were horrible at it. Never again!

Mr Michael not sure what dealership you were attempting to leave a negative review but you have the wrong dealer. We proved a CarFax history report with each of our vehicles and you can check our entire inventory history we only buy clean 1 owner clean vehicles. Best of luck.
