My husband and I went to Certified Luxury Motors in Great Neck today. The sales person by the name of Junior was very nice but the cost of the vehicle from what we seen on this site verse what the price is was a gimmick. We were totally dissappointed and the management there act like he did not care. He told us we take it or leave it. This dealership is not honest. Hikes up the prices of the car once you are there. We thought we were for sure buying this car today. I was so hurt. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I definitely would purchase another vehicle. They have great cars with low miles and in great shape.ask for Mike the manager good guy a man of his word which means alot.
Drove one hour to test drive this car. Then they told me I would not be allowed to drive the car. They were not friendly and very rude

I received a standard email from a sales associate asking me to contact them and nothing special about the vehicle or why I should purchase the vehicle from them versus another dealer.
STAY AWAY from this place. They have some shady business practices. They add about $2500 to any car you inquire about but that little detail it’s nowhere to be found on CarGurus or the dealer’s car details on the app. I called and inquired about such fee and was told there weren’t any added fees to the car besides the usual taxes. The manager at this location was rude, condescending and subpar. He lacked the communication skills and customer service rapport needed to lead this dealership to a sale. Obviously, I did not give him my business.
