Excellent and very professional
Neither salespeople nor manager were available via phone to answer customer questions. When finally got through to a salesperson, his answers were ambiguous and rushed me off the phone. As a result, I was not interested in dealing with a dealership who don't care nor have the time to gain or tend to new customers.
The experience was fantastic. I went to a few run down dealers in queens and this place was just inviting warm and the food was great! Thank you rich and Mike for the great service! Love my new maxima!

I never was able to talk to a sales manager. I wanted to buy a car but they would never return my call. After several days of calling I was finally told the vehicle I wanted had a hold on it because someone else bought it, but then I continued to get emails about the same vehicle. Something fishy going on.
I would give this dealer a POOR rating. I came to test drive a car and was told that wasn't possible. The car was in their showroom and unable to get out. They ushered me to a desk and started talking numbers. I didn't even take the car for a test drive!!! I was floored when I was told the price listed wasn't even the price. It was $2500.00 more. This dealership not transparent and I would warn anyone to beware.
there was no preasure in buying a car,, make sure you read the fine print ,the price that is advertise ,is the finance price after the 2500 down, junior was very a pleasure to deal with ,
Price of the car is not same as listed price on the website. After having a test drive, dealer increased the price of the car by $2500 which is no where mentioned in the website . Very bad experience
