Called the dealer to put a deposit on the car i wanted as I was out of state and couldn't get there right away and was told they couldn't do it over the phone so I decided to go that day to see the car. Test drove the car and knew it was what i wanted so we sit down to run the numbers. Indicate i have financing ready to go at 2.99% and thats where it all started to go down hill. The salesperson was friendly and informed. I didn't like the advertised pricing versus the actual pricing if you didn't use one of their lenders to complete the deal, there was a $5,000 difference. I guess if you have sub prime credit and really want the car you'll pay the difference...not my situation. I thanked him for his time and upfront honesty before I took the trip to New York, but I walked away from the deal.
Great atmosphere. Great inventory of cars. They get you in the car you want.
Dealer responded immediately which was a plus. Went to see the car on saturday they had just gotten a shipment of cars and I fell in love with an SL model they just took off the truck. Ending up going home with it same day. Thank you again clm.

My experience started off wonderfully, but it didn't last. I was contacted almost immediately after emailing CLM and spoke to a very pleasant representative. I set up an appointment for the upcoming Sun, and was told the dealership opened at 10am. I waited until 11:10am for somebody to arrive. Then i was told they didn't have any dealer plates for me to test drive the car and to come back another day for that.
