I wish I can give them 0 star, the salesman wasn't a qualified for that type of job, make me drive 2 hours to go over and when I get there even I show him the ad on cargurus.com he ad 2000 dollars more on the car , then check the value of my car on kbb it was 18k he got the nerve to offer me 13k for a 2018 accord with 20k miles, no accident not a single scratch the car look new.. plz dont waste ur time with this low class dealership
I was looking for a graduation gift for my daughter. Found this perfect Little SUV for a young driver. Reached out to the dealer. The dealers responded quickly. Set up an appointment to test drive the car right away. Listing was accurate. Car was clean and ready to drive. Salesman was knowledgeable & very helpful on making the right decision. The staff at Luxury Motors was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
Bate and switch. Whatever is online is with a $2100 discount is you qualify, and the car you see online is not there, but one 7-8k more is. The sales agent was unprofessional and very antsy.
The price is not as advertised. They add $6000 to the price when you get to the show room. It's for a certification and limited warranty. If you want that great, but if you don't the price will be significantly higher than you expected.
The dealer responded quickly to set up test drive The car was exactly as advertised. The dealership staff was very friendly and quickly worked out the numbers. I was able to take the my new car with me that same day!

The cars are not priced as advertised. I called and asked were there any fees before driving two hours to go look at a car. They guaranteed that there were no fees. We got there and waited about an hour before being seen, the workers had attitudes and were not professional, and we saw other clients get treated the same way. There is a $3,000 fee for all cars. Stay away
It’s a chaotic place. Not all the staff members are the nicest people. They aren’t your best place for trade in as they will low ball big time, but they are there to make money so thats ok. Sell your car then come here to buy a new one. The car I saw was clean. As advertised. Didn’t get to the sale portion so still unsure about the “surprise” fee circus.
