While the salesman was pleasant to deal with the sale was not. The “optional” $3500 cpo warranty that is listed under every car they sell is not optional. The salesman acknowledged that the dealership owner is responsible for the ads and had no say in the fee and could not wave it. A family member had the same experience months back but I had to test it myself. I would avoid CLM for any car purchase.

DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES This dealership makes a habit of posting what they call "the starting price" online which is not even true because there is no scenario in which you would get the car at that advertised price. They intentionally advertise the car at a much lower price to get you in the dealership, test drive the car with you, and once you're ready to purchase it they reveal thousands of dollars of what they've termed "dealer prep fees" among others. They weren’t rude but the weren’t nice either. I offered a price over the phone, expecting to negotiate or at least be asked to come in and talk but instead the guy said, “this car has already decreased, it won’t be decreased anymore.” Then hung up. Needless to say, I struck them off the list and called the next dealership.
Misleading prices , vehicle on site for 20,800 and tried to charge over 33,000 when I said iwas doing a cash in hand of the lot transaction. Filing a complaint with BBB and New York State Attorney General carfax and cargurus should be ashamed having certified luxury autos on thier sites. Stay Away!

I’m giving this dealership a 3 star only because the salesman was professional. Based on the reviews, i didn’t want to drive an hour to see a 2016 Audi S4 but i still choose to check it out.
