BUYER BEWARE: Spoke to dealer about scheduling a test drive on a 2016 BMW 340i xDrive. Would not let me test drive vehicle without qualifying for their financing. Told them I am not financing through the dealership. They responded they only do in-house financing. More than likely to give you a terrible rate so they can split the difference on what you actually qualify for and line their pockets with it. Bad experience just on a phone call. I would stay far away from this dealer.
Worst service I’ve ever had. I called them 3 times and spoke to 3 different people and asked if I could come done and look at the car and get a estimate on my car and they said yes. I drive 3 and a half hours to get there and 10 minutes later they tell me they can do anything. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone

Price change when trying to buy car with cash not financing. Cash price should be advertised price went from $25k to $42. I wasted my time going to the dealer
Fake prices advertised. They say the certification fee is optional on the description then when you talk to them they say itâs not optional. They should just add 5k to their prices. Rip off. Stay away
unprofessional... They first gave me a n appointment to see the car on a sunday and they where closed . So a gentlemen calls me back and apologies and i try to go see it again and they didnt even care to help. The price then changed to its 9k with a deposit. They admitted they have new staff but so unorganized and waste of time.
Made an appt and drove from Brooklyn to LI to see this car. When discussing the price, it was noted that the online price is reflected after a $2k down payment (says this within the listing which is fine and was expected). Did not mention the $4.5k (not optional) required to certify the car. So pretty much just add ~$7k + taxes and fees to the price they show so you don’t waste your time like I did.
Might as well adjust all your prices with the $4995 “certification fee” that you charge, thats more transparent
