Do I have to give them a star! Straight GARBAGE. The price listed online is $8-$10K under the actual sales price. Hidden fee alert! Read all the fine print. I called and verified price with two different sales people. Who didn’t know a single thing about cars or their inventory. They were all ready to confirm price on the phone but not talk an out the door price. The advertised price is minus a 10% down payment, minus a $5K CPO, minus $1K detailing fee. Went down to the dealer to check out a car. Was kept waiting for an hour just for a round the block test drive. The sales rep demanded I fill out an application to be approved for a loan though I said I would rather pay for the car in full right away. They said only financing is accepted bec of a deal they have with a bank. She said the application was just a formality and would take just a min but took 30. Was left hanging with no test drive. After the long delay, I wanted to leave and asked that the application be shredded... read more
Do not every go to this dealership. The wait time is hours as they only have one financial manager.... There is a mandatory $4000 charge that tell you includes a warranty. I told them I do not want their warranty after the fact and they insist it's included..... They said it is a fee for your car inspection yet my car was sold with a key with buttons that didn't work and bald tires one of which was leaking air. How did it pass such a high scale inspection yet the tires were bad? This place is shady. Add $6,000 to any price l... read more
It was quick and straight forward. The web price is fixed. No Negotiations.
I had to call them, after doing so they were pushy about making sure I had financing paperwork which is normal, though maybe they were a little too pushy. Then I drove to them after setting an appointment when I entered the door they were not ready for me. After a five minute wait, an associate greeted me. Though this is where it gets bad....... The first thing I asked was to see the car, the associate Hassen said they would not dig the car out of the snow for me to see it without them first running my CREDIT. Totally disre... read more
Horrible, all types of tricks. You can't buy the car unless you finance with them. All types of shenanigans.
Horrible experience. The sales person was busy talking about her lunch instead of helping me with the car. We waited 25 minutes for them to bring the vehicle out, and then they wouldn’t let us test drive until we pre-qualified for the loan. Tried to tack on $5k in expenses and wouldn’t hold true to CarGurus pricing. I would never go back or give them my business.
The car is "advertised"at $23995. If you don't put $1995. Down on it, it becomes $25990. In addition to that robbery, they wanted to tack on $4500.00 for " get this" "Certification " So now it's up to $30495. And that before tax. If it's advertised for "$23995.00 it should be sold for that plus tax. This place is a joke and should not be able to sell cars.
