Was a nice experience ,too bad didn't find what I was looking for

They contacted me once. When I replied they never did.
Very bad experience. Called Vince and gave him an offer Which it will cover everything he accepted and when I went there after two hours driving he added another three thousand on top of my offer. Such a lairs.

Saw the car it was Great the car I wanted, on the phone they told me a price ($16.395), on Cargurus and their website their was a specific price for the vehicle ($16.395) but when I got there they added 4k to the price ($20,395). When I told them about the price they lied to my face and said that was never the asking price, The car is great they are just liars, imagine what else would they lie about. Although the vehicle was in prestige condition and my trade in also they were not willing to make a deal unfortunately, there prep fee and certification fee is nonsense to me and they low ball my car value , my sales man was nice though but that’s it so yea people if you value your time and extra money then stay away

Guru9ZS5F I am so sorry for the bad experience. We have changed/re-trained the staff. There has been alot of changes that we have done in the dealership so our service can be excellent. If you had asked for a manager, maybe the manager could have done something for you. Again I am sorry for the bad experience.
