Spoke briefly with a man of non American decent & he was unwilling to listen cut me off more than once & told me it was impossible for him to give me anymore info on the car unless I came in. Nope!!!

Price advertised is no where near the price they try to get you for. Beware they will tell you about the fine details on their site such as the âdownpaymentâ $1999 which is automatically added to the price of the Vehicle. Funny usually when you put $$ down your balance would lower by that price but not theses guys. They hire hot women to try to distract. Funny business model. Not to mention the other bs fees they will also add. You actually pay for them to âcertifyâ the car. FOH
The person who answered the phone was like “what’s up”. I want to pay cash for the car and have it shipped to my house but they can’t give me the price of the car over the phone. Only in person. Well from reading the order reviews, the price isn’t legit. It’s click bait. One guy drove two hours only to find out there’sa five thousand dollar cleaning fee. Very unprofessional.
Sales associate was very sweet but not very informed. Kept saying vehicle was “certified” but had a malfunctioning sensor. It would not have passed the certification like that, so... Said it was no big deal, “just something electric”....Electrical problems ARE a big deal. Vehicle had not been cleaned, which makes no sense if you’re planning on showing the vehicle. The dealership upon entry was inattentive and had me sitting in the lobby for over 30 min with no sales person. When a sales person , “Diana”; that I had a scheduled appointment with finally got to me; She was hasty, short, and plain rude! Never mind the fact that they knew I drove from Maryland! Took me to view a car that was jammed up and not pulled to show after having an appointment. Asked for a test drive and told me I couldn’t test drive without proof of financing.
