Verified Renter Apartments are overall spacious and well kept. Noise does travel through the building easily but if that is a big issues for you I suggest moving to the 3rd floor

Verified Renter I love it here! my only complaint first off would be other tenants animals. there’s lots of dogs who aren’t very friendly being walked around my building. My apartment itself is fantastic, love the big bath tub and the fact that we have a washer and dryer. The food trucks that come during the week are all excellent and I appreciate that a lot as well.
Renter The absolute most amazing complex in Tallahassee by far. Naomi was my favorite part of the whole process, from the tour of the place to my move in. Even now she still helps me out. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Haven’t had any issues yet and I even renewed my lease! Love it!
Verified Renter We love it at Century Capital City! When we renew this month it with be our 5th year here. This is one of the few times I’ve continued my residency for so many years. The maintenance department is 1st Rate! Using the app to request service makes it simple to report an issue. Many times they’ve come the same day to do repairs. Great place! I lived here for four years and never had a problem. Maintenance requests answered in a timely fashion, property well maintained and clean, office staff friendly and helpful, amenities always well kept, and the amazon locker hub for packages was a life saver! I could not have picked a better place to stay.
