Verified Renter So far so good. Naomi and office staff are very organized and friendly. Mike and maintenance staff does a good job with completed service requests. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Neighborhood is secured for safety. Amenities are great!

Verified Renter I have lived at Century Capital City for over a year and have enjoyed my experience. This complex is one of the few in our city with such a large dog park. I enjoy having the space to let my dog play off the leash and that there is plenty of shade provided by the trees. I enjoy seeing how the new management company improves our complex.

Verified Renter Everything seems great, so far. My only concern is that the pedestrian gates, at the corners of the property, are either permanently locked(front gate)...or the lock is broken and never locks (like the gate closest to my building). After that's fixed, I don't have any complaints.
