Verified Renter The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet. I feel very safe. I will say that the process to sign was extremely frustrating. I don’t think the agent did a great job with providing an accurate check list of what was needed. She did provide a paper copy of a check list that included ann incomplete list which was filled out incorrectly and had incorrect pricing. Verified Renter I love the apt complex, it reminds me of a resort. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of parking spots for the residents. It is close to the mall and different grocery stores.

These fees can add up to $100 or more on top of the base rent, making it difficult to budget effectively. In my experience, this is the only complex that operates with such unpredictable charges, which has been frustrating.
