Verified Renter Appreciate everything they do and the nice renovations. It has been a lot better with the gates being fixed, just not a fan of the current trash service. Only being able to put out one trash bag when being forced to pay for something we do not want is a little extra to me.

Verified Renter I've been here nearly 2.5 years and overall it's been a good experience. This property offers a Top Tier Staff, Maintenance Crew, and campus. It looks like a mini resort here because it's so clean around campus, the palm trees, and the style of the campus. It's super quiet, and in a great location. This is a good place to call home with great residents to top it all off.
