Verified Renter Very thankful to have almost all the lights working and finally having working lights in front of my building. I can actually see when I leave for work early in the morning and it’s so nice to not have to look over my shoulder so much. I like the gates working but with no policy to ensure people do not follow behind, it doesn’t really make much of a difference but I am thankful they do work. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my experience.

Verified Renter The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet. I feel very safe. I will say that the process to sign was extremely frustrating. I don’t think the agent did a great job with providing an accurate check list of what was needed. She did provide a paper copy of a check list that included ann incomplete list which was filled out incorrectly and had incorrect pricing.
