Verified Renter I have lived at Century Capital City for over a year and have enjoyed my experience. This complex is one of the few in our city with such a large dog park. I enjoy having the space to let my dog play off the leash and that there is plenty of shade provided by the trees. I enjoy seeing how the new management company improves our complex.

Verified Renter Everything seems great, so far. My only concern is that the pedestrian gates, at the corners of the property, are either permanently locked(front gate)...or the lock is broken and never locks (like the gate closest to my building). After that's fixed, I don't have any complaints.
