Verified Renter I love it here! my only complaint first off would be other tenants animals. there’s lots of dogs who aren’t very friendly being walked around my building. My apartment itself is fantastic, love the big bath tub and the fact that we have a washer and dryer. The food trucks that come during the week are all excellent and I appreciate that a lot as well.
Renter The absolute most amazing complex in Tallahassee by far. Naomi was my favorite part of the whole process, from the tour of the place to my move in. Even now she still helps me out. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Haven’t had any issues yet and I even renewed my lease! Love it!

The maintenance department is 1st Rate! Using the app to request service makes it simple to report an issue. Many times they’ve come the same day to do repairs. Great place! I lived here for four years and never had a problem. Maintenance requests answered in a timely fashion, property well maintained and clean, office staff friendly and helpful, amenities always well kept, and the amazon locker hub for packages was a life saver! I could not have picked a better place to stay.
Verified Renter I have lived in this community almost 9 years I have only seen it evolve for the better. There is not one item u can complain about. It has every amenity u would want, the leasing office personnel and maintenance are very attentive, the grounds r very clean and inviting to look at and navigate around. There really is nothing to complain about.

Verified Renter Best apartment complex in Tallahassee! Centrally to everything: grocery/hospital/doc offices/dental offices/nice restaurants/parks, etc. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Responsive management team: office and maintenance. Price is good for where we are. Pet friendly/family friendly. I love walking my dog early and late and meet man dog-lovers on my complex walks. I use the beautiful pool areaand gym year-round.
