Verified Renter It’s fine. Wish there were working lights in the back apartments so when I am walking my dog at night by myself as a young woman I wasn’t terrified. There might be one outside light that works for about 4 buildings.

Great Apartment! The apartment complex is always so well maintained and landscaped. I feel so safe with the gate and know there are great neighbors in this community. The staff is exceptional at attending to everyone’s needs.
Nice grounds, Average apartments, Negligent staff This apartment complex is horribly managed. You pay for amenities that are used by people who do not live at Century Capital City and the staff does not seem to do anything about it. The trespassing is a major issue that everyone ignores. We apparently have a community officer as of a few months ago, but I'm pretty sure it's just an empty cop car parked on site that tends to move once a month. Great Apartment CCC has been a great place to live over the past 2 years. It’s conveniently located to all the things you could ever need, it’s well maintained, and the amenities are top notch! Spending time at the pool is one of my favorite things to do and it’s never crowded. Thanks CCC for the past 2 years!
Century Capital City Prices have climbed substantially over the past couple of years (which is true of many apartments, unfortunately), but the customer service and overall condition of the property is of high quality. Since the price increases are hard to avoid at virtually any apartment, I would rate the overall quality of the complex as high.
Capital City centry I definitely like this place living here has its perks we have a full size basketball court a great workout room decent size pool and a great clubhouse next to the leasing office I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a decent apartment in Tallahassee
Long term stay I have lived here for a few years and I have no complaints. Maintenance request are resolved quickly, grounds are clean, gate/disposal occasionally broken due to resident misuse, and property has received a nice esthetic update in recent years.
