Verified Renter I have lived in this community almost 9 years I have only seen it evolve for the better. There is not one item u can complain about. It has every amenity u would want, the leasing office personnel and maintenance are very attentive, the grounds r very clean and inviting to look at and navigate around. There really is nothing to complain about.

Verified Renter Best apartment complex in Tallahassee! Centrally to everything: grocery/hospital/doc offices/dental offices/nice restaurants/parks, etc. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Responsive management team: office and maintenance. Price is good for where we are. Pet friendly/family friendly. I love walking my dog early and late and meet man dog-lovers on my complex walks. I use the beautiful pool areaand gym year-round.

Verified Renter It’s fine. Wish there were working lights in the back apartments so when I am walking my dog at night by myself as a young woman I wasn’t terrified. There might be one outside light that works for about 4 buildings.

Great Apartment! The apartment complex is always so well maintained and landscaped. I feel so safe with the gate and know there are great neighbors in this community. The staff is exceptional at attending to everyone’s needs.
Nice grounds, Average apartments, Negligent staff This apartment complex is horribly managed. You pay for amenities that are used by people who do not live at Century Capital City and the staff does not seem to do anything about it. The trespassing is a major issue that everyone ignores. We apparently have a community officer as of a few months ago, but I'm pretty sure it's just an empty cop car parked on site that tends to move once a month.
