Lipstick on a pig Looks beautiful on the outside, but they are very poor quality apartments. Half of the amenities never work, particularly the front gate, which means the complex is always flooded with non-residents using the pool and gym. Apartments themselves are so poorly built - you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors. Which didn't use to be a problem, but recently the tenants have become especially loud and inconsiderate. Do not be fooled by the nice-looking exterior.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL Do NOT rent here. I currently live here and honestly one of the worst living experiences of my life. It didn't used to be bad until the new management took over. Not only did they give the place a tacky name, they essentially brought with them the worst service. The place "looks" nice but don't be fooled. They will try to lure you in with all these "amenities" but NOTHING WORKS. DON'T WALK, RUN FROM CENTURY CAPITAL CITY Wish I could give 0 stars. Save yourself a ton of headache, and do not rent with Century Capital City. I lived there for 2 years when it was Victoria Grand. New management is totally incompetent and trying to scam me out of $200 for an awful paint job that was done before I even moved in. Office employee Diana was completely unhelpful. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. I lived here for a year before moving out in April. People from all over Tallahassee come to use the amenities and nothing is done about it. The property manager, Amy, is incompetent, rude, and lazy. Whenever there is an issue she tells you to "learn how to deal with it" and offers no other help. BED BUG ALERT!! Do not sign a lease here! They expect you to live in untenable conditions and to pay for pests they provide for you upon arrival to your unit. Get all the free bed bugs you want; monthly installments of rent will give you the lifelong investment of bed bugs in your stuff with no relief from Management. The best apartments in tallahassee to live in a miserable but ridden conditions with no empathy, sympathy, or respect. I hate living here and cannot wait to be out of my lease! Great place to live! We've lived at Victoria Grand apartments for over a year now. It has great services including a gym with equipment and even a full basketball court. There is a large outdoor pool with tiki bar and volleyball court. There are grills for residents to cook out by the pool. The clubhouse is large and full of comfy seating and pool tables. It is a gated community and has a great maintenance staff. The outside grounds are very nice and pet friendly. Each apartment has full bathrooms for each bedroom.
