Best Community ! I love my apartment , very quiet community and love that Naomi the Community Manager speaks Spanish and is easier for me . The location is the best and I feel very safe.
Naomi is AMAZING Honestly, what really made me confident to move here was because of Naomi’s stellar customer service and care. She’s very bubbly and super friendly. She’s extremely attentive to our needs and really helped make this move to be a smooth transition for my siblings and I. Verified Renter I cannot believe I'm coming up on my 7-yr anniversary (10/01/2015) of living at Century Capital City Apartment Complex! Wouldn't want to ever live any place else. I looked all over when I got ready to down size and this was perfect for me and my little Maltese, Roxy. Amazing Naomi at CCC We have been looking for an upscale apartment in Tallahassee for three months.., we found CCC and fell in love with it..!! Manager Naomi.., was amazing and very helpful in finalizing a great floor-plan choice and all the details and called us with updates, pics and videos that made it easy to sign on our future beautiful place. Avoid at all cost Century Capital City is notorious for charging extra amount of money from tenants in many ways. One of the common ways they have been using is charging outstanding move-out fee, usually 1200 to 2000 USD. They provide "legal" reason for charges. For example, they want to replace a carpet, or refurbish part of an apartment, and that money will come from you if you are moving out of that apartment. Extremely old units. Not worth price. Staff and maintenance crews are unprofessional (check out the property's Facebook page for some examples), too much focus is placed on image rather than quality of apartment units and grounds, and despite statements that the new gate system is installed, it still does not work, which is alarming given the crime rate in the neighborhood has become so bad, management has sent out instructions to residents to keep all windows, doors, and cars locked.
