STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. I lived here for a year before moving out in April. People from all over Tallahassee come to use the amenities and nothing is done about it. The property manager, Amy, is incompetent, rude, and lazy. Whenever there is an issue she tells you to "learn how to deal with it" and offers no other help. BED BUG ALERT!! Do not sign a lease here! They expect you to live in untenable conditions and to pay for pests they provide for you upon arrival to your unit. Get all the free bed bugs you want; monthly installments of rent will give you the lifelong investment of bed bugs in your stuff with no relief from Management. Great place to live! We've lived at Victoria Grand apartments for over a year now. It has great services including a gym with equipment and even a full basketball court. There is a large outdoor pool with tiki bar and volleyball court. There are grills for residents to cook out by the pool. The clubhouse is large and full of comfy seating and pool tables. It is a gated community and has a great maintenance staff. The outside grounds are very nice and pet friendly. Each apartment has full bathrooms for each bedroom.
