For 6 months I had my house listed with a different realtor and agency. When that listing expired, we had not had any reasonable offers. We decided to try someone who had expertise in selling unoccupied houses for owners who lived out of the area. For that reason we chose Catherine Sawatsky because she had the skills we wanted. She advised us about changes that would make the house more appealing and also got it staged at a reasonable cost. Our house sold within 4 months.

Not only is she very skilled in all aspects of real estate but she is an experienced marketing and advertising person and that is what sets her apart from most real estate agents. She knows how to show your home, market it and offer you contacts for people that will help you prepare your house for sale.
Catherine was very professional and more importantly very successful in selling our house. She helped with "showing" the house and gave us great advise in preparing for the sale.
