We had the best experience working with Catherine and her team, as it was our first time selling a home. We were a little overwhelmed with getting our home ready to put on the market. Catherine had so many ideas and connections to make sure we got our home sold quickly as possible. We did everything that was suggested and literally sold our home in 1 weekend!! We would definitely recommend Catherine and her team!!! Very professional and easy to work with!!

We chose Catherine and her daughter Caitlin to help us buy our first home and would couldn’t have made a better decision! Catherine fought for us behind the scenes and all we noticed was a smooth and painless transaction. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were able to close escrow with out any headaches! I sold my home last year and Catherine and Caitlyn did all the work. They had great judgement when it came to preparing my home to sell. In the middle of the process, I had to move my family out of town practically by myself and Caitlyn and Catherine managed all the escrow repairs like an awesome team. I didn’t have to stress about that on top of the stress of moving with my young family. We ended up closing early thanks to them and their hard work. I would do business with them again any day.

I had Catherine and her Team represent me in selling my home. It was already our second attempt to sell the house. Initially by another realtor who had 6 months to sell but unfortunately he didn't deliver. With Catherine, the house was sold so quickly with multiple offers. We were able to sell it in top dollars. We just recently purchased a house with Catherine Sawatsky as our agent. In fact, she was the seller's agent too. She, and her team members (her daughter and son), walked us through the process patiently and handled the purchase/sale while looking out for both sides so that everyone benefited. I had an overall satisfactory experience working with Catherine, however, I will not work with her again in the future. As a first time home-buyer I was lured by all the great reviews I had read about Catherine's services. Once we partnered up I felt as if Catherine gave me a lot of biased advice (in order to benefit her or her acquaintances), and did not seem to have my best interest as a priority.
