Catherine was amazing (and patient) when helping us find the perfect home for my son. At the young age of 23, he wasn't too sure on what he wanted and pretty much changed his mind daily. She was so helpful in guiding him through the process, showing homes, giving input on what would need to be done to the homes we visited and/or why she didn't like a home. I have worked with Catherine for the last few years. She is patient, honest, and very attentive to her clients needs and wishes. She has showed me numerous homes and has given my husband and i great advice. She looked at our house and we decided with her help that it wasn't the right time for us to sell. She still keeps in touch and sends us homes she thinks we might be interested in.

She Is amazing! She suggested things we need to do to make the house MOVE-IN condition. I moved to Arkansas and had no way of knowing who or where to go to get the best job done. She had Professionals come in paint, put new carpet, cleaned up all their own mess and Staged it to look just like I lived there. I feel she is a Take Charge Person. It only took her two weeks to sell my house to someone that is going to make it their HOME. Inwhich, makes us even more happy.
She is most knowledgeable in her field and her expertise handling contracts either for a buyer or seller is unsurpassed. You will appreciate her commitment and dedication to meet your needs. In her catagory there are few agents to compare her with. You can feel confident she will walk you through hard and problematic issues that may rise to your satisfaction. She is the Best!
