Catherine spent several months showing us many homes. She was very aggressive at finding us the right home for our son who was attending Fresno State. Once we had found the home we where looking for she did a fantastic job at getting us financed through one of her local mortgage lenders. De De Flores with Resouce Lenders did a great job as well.

well she is a very knowledgeable person and I've already had. 1 offer that it was a bit low. Catherines daughters also help her 2 do a lot of the detail work. she emails me a lot of good information on how to sell Furniture clothing Exedra. I think she will eventually Sale my home at the price I want.

She was awesome, i fired my first real estate agent she was horrible! Catherine took over the case and we started looking at 10+ homes a day, once i found the home i wanted she got right in there even with other bidders and won me my house, i highly recommend her.

Catherine and her team really helped move along our home buying process. Before we started using her, we had put in 9 offers over 5 months and lost all of them. Within days of contacting Catherine and her team we had 3 more offers in the works with our current house closed within 45 days (short sale at that!).
